Mr. Warrick Cleine is the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia. He has been an advisor in Vietnam for over 20 years, and is recognised as one of Vietnam’s leading tax professionals. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Vietnam of taxation advisory and compliance, tax dispute resolution, corporate governance and structuring issues, and has advised on numerous corporate transactions in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Warrick is well known and respected by the corporate community in Vietnam, and has extensive experience working with the authorities at all levels of the Government. He is a frequent commentator in the Vietnamese media on tax, governance and business issues.

Outside of KPMG, Mr. Cleine is Chairman of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Chairman of British Corporate Advocacy Council in Vietnam, and Adjunct Industry Professor in the School of Business & Management, RMIT Vietnam University.

Starting her career at Sacombank as a credit officer in 2002 and continued to hold various positions, Ms. Diem has made tremendous contributions to Sacombank over the last 18 years. She is well known as a decisive and brave leader, especially in problem-solving.

Reviewing some of her main milestones before she leads the Board of Directors (BOD) of Sacombank, Ms. Diem was the Executive in charge of South Central & Western Highlands Region (2013 – 2016) and made it the leading business of Sacombank system, where the market is defined as competitive and tough.

In May 2017, Ms. Diem became CEO of Sacombank, and later in April 2018, she was enlisted as a Member of BOD. Under her leadership, she has maintained effective performance and got Sacombank back on track, at the same time quickly resolving issues after M&A (mainly focusing on bad debt resolution and restructuring all aspects of operation).
