Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong has many years of experience in strategic consultancy and advisory at the government, local and multinational corporations’ levels. He is the first Vietnamese to be in the top 10 of the world's top young economists voted by RePEc (Research Papers in Economics) in 2016. His recent research has focused on corporate resilience and sustainability under the impact of unexpected market shocks and uncertainty.

As the President of AVSE Global, with members present in more than 20 different countries, Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong promotes the development of a worldwide network of intellectuals and experts to actively and effectively contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam. He supervises many important projects of AVSE Global with Vietnam, especially on the digital economy, knowledge economy, sustainable development, national brand, and talent attraction.

Ms. BUI KIM THUY

Bui Kim Thuy joined the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) in March 2018 as the Country Representative for Viet Nam. Thuy served at the Agency for Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) for the previous 13 years, where she handled FTA negotiations/ rule-of-origin related issues.

Being USABC Senior Country Representative in Viet Nam Office, Thuy has been a helpful source for US companies doing business in ASEAN/ Viet Nam as well as for the public sector (including local Govts of VN) in the business-related-policy-making process; facilitating Viet Nam’s business community in joining regional/global value supply chain of leading MNCs in the era of digital transformation.

Mr. Vo Tan Thanh is currently the Vice Chairman of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. For more than 30 years of working, he took over many key positions, such as Deputy General Secretary of VCCI and Director of VCCI-HCM Branch. He has made significant contributions and dedication to the development of the business community in Vietnam.

Graduated from Foreign Trade University and Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, his in-depth knowledge of economics and markets will always be one of his top strengths.
