A professional Facebook page " LITEON chào bạn," LinkedIn campaigns, and employee referral rewards (up to 8 million VND) expanded reach. Collaborations with FPT University and Vietnam Maritime University led to campus tours (LOVN Tour), scholarships (Ming Chuan University Program), and internships that nurtured future engineers early.

To enhance speed and experience, LITEON integrated ASTECH and AI tools like Lasso and JobTest into its recruitment flow. Evaluation criteria were standardized, interviews digitized, and onboarding was revolutionized with a self-service kiosk that processes 60 candidates in 10 minutes.
