Organized a series of Survival Training workshops, from understanding of the unpredictability of post Covid-19 time and other health concerns.

Cooperated with Life-work to build Employee Assistance Program which is 24/7 employee counselling and coaching support across all aspects of work and life.

Partnered with Procoach to organize various Wellness Workshops to help employees manage stress and improve their well-being.

Created an Employee Assistance Fund to provide staff with financial support regarding family tragedies; destruction of home/property by fire or other disasters; short-term disabilities where income is curtailed; and any other temporary hardships beyond the employee's control.
