In 2012, Thai Minh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company officially went into operation with only 12 members. Through hard work and constantly learning and innovating, Thai Minh has grown over the years with sales continued to grow and market share expanded. Up to now, Thai Minh has developed over 10 products that are among the top sellers in the market, established a professional distribution system across the country with 10,000 selling points in various provinces.

Thai Minh Hi-tech is one of the pharmaceutical factories in Vietnam that invest specially in testing laboratories that meet the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard. This is an important step for Thai Minh Pharmaceuticals to ensure product quality and set foundation to export abroad and gain internationally recognition.

Improving engagement in spite of expanding the distribution system

As a pharmaceutical company, Thai Minh workforce is dispersed across different subsidiaries and locations. In addition, the company also needs to further enhance its unique culture and identity to gain more advantage over other competitors in the industry. To promote the spirit of learning and creativity and encourage employee engagement, Mr, Nguyen Quang Thai has initiated 2 training programs.

“The Transformer” program is designed for every employee to helped them become a better version of themselves every day. Unlike regular training courses, during the 4 months of training, employees will learn with practice by applying a set of 12 keywords: Listening, Promise – Fulfilment, Three Rules, Integrity, Unbox gift, Recognition, Self-awareness is the root, Agreement, Racket, Story – Reality, Good Relationship, Mindfulness to bring happiness to themselves, their family and society. Since 2019, the program has offered 12 seasons, with Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai directly trained and provided guidance to each participant.

"Super Thai Minh Camp" is a two-days one-night training camp with an unannounced schedule. This program simulates various scenarios and problems that employees may encounter in unfamiliar surroundings, urging them to quickly adapt and find creative but effective solutions. The goal is to help employees appreciate their work and increase their engagement and responsibility.

Buidling a succession team and a learning culture 

Thai Minh builds its succession team by filtering through internal talent pool that has been provided access to training as well as guidance to develop their characters. To enable this, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai and his leadership team has transformed the core values with specific orientation and compiled them into a Green Book. This book is a guideline on business ethics and integrity for Thai Minh employees to make right decisions in their work that abide by the law and comply with company's culture and ethics.
