In 2021, Spartronics Vietnam has made decision to move its factory to Binh Duong to accomodate the growing scope of production. Because most of Spartronics’s employees live in Ho Chi Minh City, this will affect their decision to engage and stay.
To encourage employees to continue to engage and commit, Mr. Dung Tran and his team execute several supporting strategies and ideas:

- Arranging alternative Saturdays off
- Supporting employees to find accommodation
- Providing travel allowance for those unable to relocate

During the new factory construction period, Mr. Dung Tran stayed up late with construction team to inspect and ensure that the completion venue is not only a professional work environment but also include outstanding utilities for his employees, rivaling even world's leading companies like Microsoft.
However, the surge in revenue has posed a dilemma on how to attract and develop human resources in time for the company.
Mr. Dung Tran, who has a passion for people development, has responsed with strategies that focused on internal talent development, building and developing a professional training system.
