Annual Employee Survey (OneVoice) measures and improves employee engagement and performance. There are 3 Squad Teams, each with a specific focus and with key areas for improvement: Engagement, Recognition, and Collaboration. The Squad Teams are composed of Leaders who act as Sponsors, and Employees who are Champions from different departments.
To equip Schneider’s workforce for the future and encourage each team member to become Digital Citizen, an internal training series focusing on 2 Future-Ready Capabilities: Digital & Sustainability is deployed.
Schneider recognizes the importance of Gen Z, who is expected to take up over 30% of Vietnam's total workforce by 2025. To bridge the gap and learn from the young generation, Schneider has established a Reverse Mentoring Program for Senior Leaders allows them to gain insights and perspectives from their younger counterparts.
